We are very pleased to have completed two developments (58 single family 2 story homes and 120 senior apartments including a 7500 sq ft. clubhouse) using the Premier structural insulated panels.  We are the first developer in our market to use the product to build both single family and multi-family.  It was a challenge getting local government plan approval and field inspection on the first development because it was the first time it had been done.  The second development had no problems.  We feel Premier and all of it's employees have been a great partner with us.  We look forward to our next deal which should start construction by November 2007; another 120 apartment units built using your SIP's.  Jeff is the greatest; we would not have used the SIP if it were not for Jeff.  He is a true leader and a team player.  He would be our MVP.

Las Vegas, NV Premier SIPs arrive on site pre-cut and install very fast.  There is less framing waste.  They have a higher insulating value than conventional insulation.  I would use Premier SIP panels again on a future project.  Premier has made the transition from conventional framing to SIPs easy.

Premier Building Systems as a company are "green advocate" therefore Structural Insulated Panels are the perfect product to begin saving energy and to ultimately, with the use of other energy saving products create a zero energy home (ZEH).  Using Premier's panels save time in construction, labor costs, less waste to take to the dump and monies to the builder/developer on the bottom line.  The cost of SIPs versus stick framing is very competitive.

Our first test utilizing SIPs was for the roofs on several high end homes here in the desert of Southern California where the summer temperatures can and do reach 120 degrees.  The panel system helps keep the heat out in the summer and in during the winter months.
